Aam Ras

This recipe serves two.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Mangoes - 2 big (of any sweet juicy variety)
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon(can vary as per the sweetness of mango)
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoon (can vary as per the sweetness of mango)
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon(Optional)
  • Dry ginger powder(sukku)-a pinch

Method:
======
  • Wash the mangoes well and take out the pulp completely.
  • If its not any juicy type mango,peel off the skin and slice into pieces.
  • Add the pulp/slices into a mixer along with other ingredients.
  • Blend into a smooth thick pulp.
  • Serve chilled.
This goes very well with Puri or can be had as a dessert.
