Homemade chocolates!!!!

Chocolates........Who does not like chocolates...Be it kids or adults,the name of 'chocolate' tempts everyone !!!Though you get different varieties of it in the market,the kind of satisfaction and happiness you get when someone says "the chocolate you made is really yummy" cant be explained.Well I tried it in my home and my husband loved it...Here is the recipe for a simple chocolate that will taste like '5 star' or 'Bar-one'.

Ingredients:
=========
  • Nestle Condensed Milk - 400 grams tin
  • Powdered sugar - 150 grams
  • Cocoa powder - 4 teaspoons
  • Butter - 100 grams
  • Powdered biscuits - 2 handful(I used Hide and Seek biscuit)
  • Cashews,powdered - 10
Method:
======
  • Mix cocoa powder in 2 tablespoon of hot milk without lumps.
  • Add all the ingredients except cashews and biscuits into a kadai (preferably non stick).
  • Heat the kadai and stir continuously on a low flame.
  • Do not stop stirring.When the mixture starts to thicken slightly,add the powdered nuts and biscuits
  • At one point the mixture will just start to leave the sides of the kadai.
  • Immediately pour it on a greased plate.(Apply butter and spread on a plate).
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Since we have taken it from flame when its about to leave the sides of the kadai,the mixture wont become like a burfi.Make round flat dumplings and allow it to cool completely.
  • Deep freeze and your chocolates are ready.
Tip:
===
To make burfi,stir for some more time till the mixture thickens and comes along with the spatula as you stir.Moreover it should not stick totally to the sides of the kadai.
