Apple smoothie


Ingredients:
--------------

  • Apple                            -     2
  • Dates                             -     2
  • Cashews                        -     2
  • Honey                           -     according to taste
  • Milk                              -     2 cups

Method:
----------

  • Soak dates and cashews in little warm milk for half an hour.
  • Peel off the apple's skin and chop into small slices.
  • Blend the apple pieces along with dates,cashews and milk.
  • Add honey as per your taste.
  • Serve chilled.
