Make your own raisins at home!!!

Recently we bought a kg of grapes.But me and my husband had a severe cold and throat infection for about two weeks.I did not know what to do with these grapes as both of us were asked not to eat fruits.Then My hubby told me "Why dont you make raisins with them???!!!".Then I thought.."wow...let me try it as it was peak summer too!!!".

I separated the grapes from its stem and washed them well.Then I spread them on a plate and started drying them in hot sun and taking it in during the nights.I did this for 15 days.

Wow...now I got home made raisins which tasted exactly like the ones we get from shops...I made my first sweet..Kesari with these raisins....!!!
