Ingredients:

- Vermicelli/Semiya - 250 grams
- Veggies - (potato-1,onion-1,tomato-1,green peas-1 handful,carrot-1,beans-6,capsicum-1)
- ginger - a 2 inch piece
- green chilli - 2 to 3
- salt - to taste
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Chana dal - 1 teaspoon
- curry leaves - few
- turmeric powder - a pinch
Method:

- Roast the vermicelli in a tsp of ghee till it turns golden brown.
- Chop the veggies finely.
- Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a kadai and add mustard seeds.
- When it splutters,add chana dal and saute till golden brown.
- Add onions,curry leaves,geen chillies,ginger and saute till onions turn transparent.
- Add other veggies one by one and saute each of them for a min.
- Add enough water and cook covered with salt till all the veggies are cooked.
- Add some more water and when it boils,add the roasted semiya and stir continuously till it gets cooked.(Adjust the quantity of water)
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
