Ingredients:

- Ripe Mangoes - 2 big (of any sweet juicy variety)
- Honey - 1 tablespoon(can vary as per the sweetness of mango)
- Sugar - 2 teaspoon (can vary as per the sweetness of mango)
- Milk - 1 glass
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon(Optional)
- Dry ginger powder(sukku)-a pinch
Method:

- Wash the mangoes well and take out the pulp completely.
- If its not any juicy type mango,peel off the skin and slice into pieces.
- Add the pulp/slices into a mixer along with other ingredients.
- Blend into a smooth thick pulp.
- Serve chilled.
This goes very well with Puri or can be had as a dessert.
