- Curd - 1 cup measuring 250 grams
- Amchur powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Besan - 2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
- Ghee - 3 tablespoon
- asfoetida - a pinch
- Carom seeds(ajwain) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Colacasia - 250 grams
- ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- coriander leaves,chopped- 2 tablespoon

- Wash colacasia well and pressure cook it on a high flame with just one whistle.
This goes well with any rotis/parathas and also with curd rice.People who like tangy taste will surely like this recipe.
