- Moong dal sprouts - 200 grams
- Onion,chopped - 1 medium sized
- tomato,chopped - 1 large
- green chillies,chopped - 2
- ginger,chooped finely - 1 tablespoon
- oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- urad dal - 1 teaspoon
- curry leaves - few
- asfoetida - a pinch
- turmeric powder - a pinch
- sambar powder - 1 teaspoon(If you like whole spices taste,you can add garam masala instead of sambar powder)
Method:

- Refer to sprouts section to see how to make sprouts.
- Heat a kadai,add oil and mustard seeds.
- When it splutters.add urad dal ,asfoetida and saute till it turns brown.
- Add onions and green chillies and saute till onion turns light brown.
- Add curry leaves,tomatoes,turmeric powder and saute till raw smell goes off.
- Add sambar powder,salt and saute for a min.
- Add sprouts,mix well and saute for 5 sec.
Srve hot with dosa/idly/rice.Its a healthy and filling side dish.
